The Hoffman Advantage

Affordable

We utilize our own in-house phone center and the latest technology to provide our research services at a lower cost than most competing polling firms.

Accurate

We follow a strict methodology that exceeds industry standards. We only use the telephone as a means of contacting respondents from our in-house call center using tenured, full-time fielding associates.

}

Timely

We are able to provide the results from our political tracking polls quickly—within 1-3 days of when a project begins.

Results & Methods

We’ve designed our reports to be easy to understand, yet detailed enough to provide key insights on a cross-tabulated level.

Methodology

We strictly utilize the telephone as a means to contact respondents directly—which is the industry standard for maintaining consistently accurate results. Questions are carefully crafted in order to form a well-balanced and accurate tracking survey instrument.

Likely voter models are applied specifically for your race to ensure the sample is representative of those who will likely be voting in your election. Respondents are randomly dialed and we verify a proportionate percentage of cell phone and landline respondents in each sample. The date(s) the fielding is conducted is included in every set of results, along with sample size, and margin-of-error.

Results are kept strictly confidential, and only known to key executives in our research firm. Telephone interviewers are not given information as to whom the poll is being commissioned by in order to protect the integrity of our research work.”
