A new poll by Hoffman Research Group has Oregonians soundly rejecting Measure 97 and overwhelmingly supporting Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump in the presidential election.

The survey, conducted over the last weekend in September, included 605 likely Oregon voters called via landline and cell phone. You can check out the rest of the methodology here (PDF).

On Measure 97, 47 percent of respondents said they plan to oppose it while 41 percent voiced support. Another 12 percent were undecided.

The ballot measure would hike taxes on corporations with revenues of more than $25 million and purportedly raise $3 billion per year for state services.
